Return Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  1. Non-refundable items (e.g., Digital Cards, Gift Cards) may only be returned or exchanged if they are sent incorrectly.
  2. If any item arrives defected or cracked, please notify our customer care team within 3 days of receipt via WhatsApp at +961 7884 7334 or email at Support@mediastorelb.com we’ll address your inquiry promptly.

Return Requirements:

  1. Products must be returned untacked and packed in their original packaging for credit to be issued.
  2. All accessories must be included; otherwise, the exchange request will be terminated.

Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Replacement orders will be processed once the initially delivered package is picked up.
  2. If the exchange request is customer-initiated, an additional $4 delivery charge applies.
  3. For electronic items received defectively, we’ll collect the product, send it to our maintenance team for inspection, and contact you about the exchange. This process generally takes 5-9 working days.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds are processed after a quality evaluation of the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via money transfer services (BOB / Whish Pay / OMT Pay).

Delivery Timelines:

  1. Replacement orders are generally delivered within 5-8 working days.
