Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • Non-refundable items (e.g., Digital Cards, Gift Cards) may only be returned or exchanged if they are sent incorrectly.
  • If any item arrives defected or cracked, please notify our customer care team within 3 days of receipt via WhatsApp at +961 7884 7334 or email at Support@mediastorelb.com we’ll address your inquiry promptly.

 

Return Requirements:

  • Products must be returned untacked and packed in their original packaging for credit to be issued.
  • All accessories must be included; otherwise, the exchange request will be terminated.

 

Return & Exchange Process:

  • Replacement orders will be processed once the initially delivered package is picked up.
  • If the exchange request is customer-initiated, an additional $4 delivery charge applies.
  • For electronic items received defectively, we’ll collect the product, send it to our maintenance team for inspection, and contact you about the exchange. This process generally takes 5-9 working days.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed after a quality evaluation of the returned item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via money transfer services (BOB / Whish Pay / OMT Pay).

 

Delivery Timelines:

  • Replacement orders are generally delivered within 5-8 working days.
