Agreement Overview

These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the MediaStoreLB.com platform (“Media Store”) by sellers (“You” or “Seller”). By registering as a seller on Media Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Registration and Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to notify Media Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Product Listings

• Sellers must ensure that product listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws.
• Prohibited items are not allowed on the platform, including but not limited to illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products.
• Media Store reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Order Fulfillment

• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately.
• All shipments must comply with the agreed delivery timelines.
• Any delays or issues with fulfillment must be communicated to the customer and Media Store.

Pricing and Payments

• Sellers set their own prices for products listed on Media Store.
• Media Store will process payments on behalf of sellers, deducting applicable fees and commissions.
• Payment options available to customers include Visa, Mastercard, USDT Payment, COD (Cash on Delivery), and Whish Pay (Digital Wallet).

Fees and Commissions

• Media Store charges fees and commissions on each sale made through the platform.
• The specific fee structure will be communicated during the registration process.
• Media Store reserves the right to modify the fee structure with prior notice to sellers.

Returns and Refunds

• Sellers must adhere to Media Store’s return and refund policies.
• Any disputes regarding returns or refunds should be resolved in a fair and timely manner.

Compliance and Conduct

• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Media Store policies.
• Unethical or fraudulent practices are strictly prohibited.
• Media Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

• Sellers must ensure they have the rights to use all content, including images and descriptions, posted on Media Store.
• Any intellectual property disputes arising from seller content are the responsibility of the seller.

Liability and Indemnity

• Media Store is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the seller’s use of the platform.
• Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Media Store harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their activities on the platform.

Termination

• Media Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account at any time for breach of these Terms.
• Sellers may terminate their account by providing written notice to Media Store.

Amendments

• Media Store may amend these Terms at any time with prior notice to sellers.
• Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through the courts of Lebanon.
